  1. Thermacell India is offering this lifetime warranty only in India.
  2. Lifetime warranty is applicable only for verified purchase of Thermacell devices.
  3. Valid Gaiagen invoice no/invoice copy needs to be provided while claiming warranty.
  4. Lifetime warranty does not cover Thermacell refills.
  5. Lifetime warranty is applicable on devices which stop functioning.
  6. LIfetime warranty is not applicable on physical damage to the product.
  7. Replacement will be provided once the physical product is verified by Thermacell India.
  8. Replacement of the same model will be provided on verification of claim.
  9. For a model that is out of production, an upgrade will be provided at a price that equals differential cost.  

 

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Send us an email on thermacellindia@gaiaconnect.com along with below details.
    1. Product Name
    2. Invoice No. / Invoice Copy
    3. Picture of the Thermacell device 
  2. Once we receive your email, we will verify the product details and send you a confirmation.
  3. You will then need to send us the Thermacell device to our office in Bengaluru. Remember NOT to send us butane cartridges to avoid hassles while shipping. Our address is...

  1. Don’t forget to email us courier tracking details on email!
  2. Once we receive the device, we will have it checked and revert back with the Status of your Claim in 3 working days.
  3. In case your Thermacell device is not in production anymore, you will be eligible for the latest version of your device. All you need to do is pay the differential amount to get your upgrade.
